We are building the first in Bulgaria independent network for active distribution of short films. Cinema is an experience that connects people. A place for meetings between generations. A space where everyone falls silent to hear something new and unfamiliar. Guided by these beliefs, we work actively to build and grow a permanent network that does what cinema has been doing for 120 years - bringing people together to the big screen.

Our editors curate the best only of Bulgarian and world cinema.
We meet the audience with the filmmakers. Our events are also a permanent stage for young artists.
At random, viewers win gifts if they provide feedback.
We invite the viewers of each screening to evaluate the films on their phones. It's quick and easy, but it provides valuable feedback not only to our editors, but also to the filmmakers themselves. To motivate more viewers to vote, some of them randomly win gifts.

Short films are cool and we of Kinematograf work hard to develop the image of this art form and raise the standards of its performance in front of audience. Nowadays audience is pretentious since there is a constantly growing amount of released films, so that's why there's us - to filter out the best content and help authors reach a wider audience.
Depending on the target group and the subject of each event, the editors carefully design the selection to enrich the full experience.

Our audience consists mainly of people in active age with interests covering one, some or all of the following topics: traveling, (extreme) sports, healthy lifestyle, science, art and so on. Those are mostly curious and open-minded people who want to learn. They visit also other cultural events and love social interaction.
